Music Reflection for term 3: January, February, and March
In this term, the task was : we have to make a powerpoint presentation about Indian Music and Instrument. my group was Jesslyn, Sasky, Yuli, Andrea, Reynerd and me. Before we did the Indian Music task, we were discussed about the powerpoint, whose house will we go, and to practice the powerpoint. And we had finished the four charts that was in the paper that mr.Herry gave. After the theory class was finished, we went to the Instrument class and learned how to sing with mr.Hary. In the third of February, my groupmates and I, did the presentation well about Indian music. In our presentation, there were the instrument, the Indian history music, where is India, the famous composers and also songs, etc. The next meeting, that was ten of February, we asked to make 5 question about the presentation and we have to make the answers too.. Next, the task was we have to make our own Indian music project. But we don't have to do the presentation of it and we have to print it out. The booklet is 10 pages not include the front page, content and references.
Music Reflection in April:
We were studied about the pentatonic notes. But, before we study about the pentatonic, we sang a silvermoon boat song infront of the class two by two and my partner was Astri. We have to make our own pentatonic notes and we have to make the lyrics by our own. Next, we have to download a Finale software. At home, I downloaded it and it takes a long timmeeee!! I download it for four hours.. but then, I just knew that I downloaded a wrong Finale.. I downloaded the demo one.. So, I made it quickly in the music room after school and helped by Jesslyn. And in the end of March, I learned about transphosisi. Our teacher make a chord then we have to change that chord into the other scale for example from c scale to g scale.
